How enquiries work
The website fields prepare an email locally in your browser. Selecting “Prepare enquiry” does not send your details to us or store them in a website register. Selecting “Open your email app” passes the text to your chosen email application. You review and send the message there. You may also copy the text or call us.
Do not enter national identification numbers, identity document numbers, banking details or sensitive information. Title deeds and identity cards are not needed for an initial assessment.
When you email us
We receive the information you include: your name, business contact, company or role, location, description, preferred timing and any attachments. We use it to respond, assess the opportunity and discuss your enquiry. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Processing to take pre-contractual steps at your request is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. For business correspondence with company and property representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to the enquiry, taking account of the individuals’ rights.
Access and retention
Access is limited to the team handling the enquiry and email or technical service providers as necessary. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and conduct follow-up negotiations. When that purpose ends, data is deleted or restricted unless needed for a contract, legal obligation or legal claims. Ownership documentation is discussed separately after the initial conversation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies and external links
This version uses no analytics or advertising cookies, external fonts, embedded maps or tracking pixels. The hosting service processes technical data to deliver the pages and provide security. Maps and other external websites open only when you choose their links, and their providers’ policies apply.
