This is agreed for each property. We discuss the possible models and who funds design, administrative preparation, construction and maintenance before any commitment.
How is rent determined?
Terms are negotiated individually based on location, possible format, duration, costs and actual advertising interest. An initial enquiry is not a contract or an income promise.
